These terms govern your use of the Slowburn app. By using Slowburn you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Contact: support@slowburndrama.com.

The service

Slowburn lets you stream short vertical drama series. Some episodes are free; others can be unlocked by watching rewarded ads, spending coins, or with a VIP subscription. Content and features may change over time.

VIP subscription

• VIP is a weekly auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all episodes while active. The price is shown in the app before you buy, and may include an introductory price for the first week.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial or introductory offer is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Coins

Coins are a virtual item used to unlock episodes inside Slowburn. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by the App Store's or Google Play's refund policies. Unlocked episodes stay unlocked on the device where they were unlocked.

Rewarded ads

You can unlock a limited number of episodes by watching ads. Limits are shown in the app and may change.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled under their policies (for Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com).

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, download, record, redistribute or publicly show Slowburn content, not to bypass paywalls or ad limits, and not to interfere with the app or its servers.

Content and ownership

All series, videos, artwork, names and the Slowburn brand are owned by Slowburn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for private, non-commercial viewing. Series are fictional; any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental. Some content is created with AI tools.

Age

Slowburn contains dramatic themes and mild violence and is intended for users aged 12 and over.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend access if these terms are broken. You may stop using Slowburn at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Apple

If you downloaded Slowburn from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
