Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Slowburn app ("Slowburn", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Slowburn is operated by Abdulaziz Al Rawas, Muscat, Oman. Contact: support@slowburndrama.com.

Information we collect

• App activity stored on your device: your coin balance, unlocked episodes, rewarded-ad usage and watch progress. This is stored locally on your device and, if you use our services, on our servers so your unlocks work correctly.
• Purchases: subscriptions and coin purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm purchase status; it receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history.
• Advertising: rewarded ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier), IP address and ad-interaction data to show and measure ads. On iOS, we ask for your permission before ads can use your advertising identifier for tracking; you can decline and still use the app.
• Video delivery: episodes are streamed from our hosting provider (Supabase), which processes standard technical data such as IP address and device type to deliver content.
• Support emails: if you contact us, we receive your email address and message.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or location, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use information

• To provide the app, stream episodes and keep track of what you've unlocked.
• To process and restore purchases and subscriptions.
• To show rewarded ads and limit how many you can watch.
• To fix bugs, prevent abuse and improve the app.
• To reply to your messages.

Third-party services

We use these providers, each with its own privacy policy: Apple (App Store), Google (AdMob, Google Play), RevenueCat, and Supabase. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Children

Slowburn is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can delete local app data by deleting the app. To request deletion of any data we hold, email support@slowburndrama.com.

Your choices

• Decline ad tracking in the iOS prompt or in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
